You want to know why I lOVE Zucchini, why is it  my fav vegetable???

This squash is not to be underestimated as just a filler or a mock carbohydrate, it is jam packed with goodness.

The moisture and the fiber content for digestive health. Not to mention it reduces blood sugar particularly if you use it as a zoodle to replace pasta.

The Sodium and potassium for heart health, the antioxidants zeaxanthin and lutein especially useful in maintaining and improving eye health by fighting free radicals.

The rich source of B-vitamins especially folate, riboflavin, and B6 to boost energy production in the body.

My favourite benefit by far, the skin-friendly vitamins (A, E and C) that help lift sagging areas, alleviate puffiness, build collagen and fight damage from free radicals.

Zucchini is born for facials in my opinion.
